چکیده
Abstract A minimal truncated set of the integral Dyson–Schwinger equations, in Minkowski spacetime, that allows to explore QED beyond its perturbative solution is derived for general linear covariant gauges. The includes equations fermion and photon propagators, photon-fermion vertex, two-photon-two-fermion one-particle-irreducible diagram. If first three are exact, build a closed equation ignoring contribution Green functions with large number external legs. It shown vertex reproduces lowest-order result limit small coupling constant. Kinetic Equations from the Two – Particle – Irreducible 1 / N – Expansion
We present kinetic equations that describe the evolution of O(N)–symmetric real scalar quantum fields out of thermal equilibrium in a systematic nonperturbative approximation scheme. This description starts from the 1/N –expansion of the 2PI effective action to next–to–leading order, which includes scattering and memory effects. From this starting point one is lead to evolution equations for th...
متن کاملWolf equations for two-photon light.
The spatiotemporal two-photon probability amplitude that describes light in a two-photon entangled state obeys equations identical to the Wolf equations, which are satisfied by the mutual coherence function for light in any quantum state. Both functions therefore propagate similarly through optical systems. A generalized van Cittert-Zernike theorem explains the predicted enhancement in resoluti...
متن کاملRadial equivalence for the two basic nonlinear degenerate diffusion equations
In this paper we prove that there exists an explicit correspondence between the radially symmetric solutions of two well-known models of nonlinear diffusion, the porous medium equation and the p-Laplacian equation. We establish exact correspondence formulas between these solutions. We also study in detail the application of the results in the important case of self-similar solutions. In particu...
متن کاملIii . the Basic Equations of Two - Temperature Generalized
ABSTRAC: The present paper deals with the review on the development of the theory of two-temperature thermoelasticity. The basic equations of two-temperature thermoelasticityin context of Lord and Shulman [6] theory and Green and Naghdi[15] theories of generalized thermoelasticity are reviewed. Relevant literature on two-temperature thermoelasticity is also reviewed.
متن کاملTwo–fermion and Two–photon Final States at LEP2 and Search for Extra Dimensions
For the first time the experiments ALEPH, DELPHI, L3 and OPAL have presented preliminary results for fermion-pair and photon-pair production in e+e− collisions on the full LEP2 data set. The details of the experimental measurements and results from their LEP–wide combination are presented. No statistically significant deviations from the Standard Model expectations are observed and lower limits...
